Takes a little getting used to, but not bad Fairly easy to use once you get used to the set up and lay out. I had used different software to begin with so it took some time to get used to. I like the fact that you can create or upload your document, fill it out, sign it and then send it off to be signed by another party all in one place. Took some getting used to as I had used different products in the past. Other than that, there really is nothing bad about this software.

A joint venture (JV) is a business arrangement in which two or more parties agree to pool their resources for the purpose of accomplishing a specific task. In a joint venture (JV), each of the participants is responsible for profits, losses, and costs associated with it.
Examples of joint ventures include: Vodafone & Telefonicaa agreed to share their mobile network. BMW and Toyota co-operate on research into hydrogen fuel cells, vehicle electrification and ultra- lightweight materials. West Coast joint venture between Virgin Rail & Stagecoach. Google and NASA developing Google Earth.
A real estate joint venture (JV) is a deal between multiple parties to work together and compile resources to develop a real estate project.
A joint venture is a strategic alliance where two or more parties, usually businesses, form a partnership to share markets, intellectual property, assets, knowledge, and, of course, profits. A joint venture differs from a merger in the sense that there is no transfer of ownership in the deal.

Determine if a partnership is right for you. Review your strengths and weaknesses. Find someone who compliments your skills. Evaluate the potential of the partnership. Establish clearly defined roles and expectations. Create the terms of agreement. Keep the process simple.
Limited Liability Company (LLC) However, most real estate professionals choose to form a partnership rather than an LLC for a couple of reasons. Most real estate partners elect to be taxed as a partnership rather than a corporation so that profits are passed directly to partners without further taxation.
Joint venture for construction. A joint venture (JV) is a commercial alliance between two or more separate entities that enables them to share risk and reward. A new business is created to which each party contributes resources such as land, capital, intellectual property, skills, credentials or equipment.
The word joint venture is confusing. It seems like it must have distinct legal meaning. At times, the parties to a joint venture create a separate entity, such as a limited liability company or corporation. In this case, the entities are registered (formed) with the Secretary of State.
A joint venture is a business entity created by two or more parties, generally characterized by shared ownership, shared returns and risks, and shared governance.
The most common type of joint venture in South Africa is an incorporated entity, normally a private company, but sometimes a public company. These companies are incorporated under, and regulated by, the South African Companies Act. Partnerships are regulated by the South African common law.
There are two basic ways you can set up your joint venture arrangement with another party. One alternative is to form a new separate legal entity for the joint venture business with each party having an ownership interest in the new entity.
Shared Resources and Responsibilities. More often than not, a company enters into a joint venture because it lacks the required knowledge, human capital, technology, or access to a specific market that is necessary to be successful in pursuing the project on its own.
A joint venture involves two or more persons or entities joining together in particular project, whereas in a partnership, it is individuals who join together for a combined business. A joint venture can be described as a contractual arrangement between two or more entities that aims to undertake a specific task.
