Division 1 letter (D1): The main point is not about the “division.” If I get involved in a battle and are forced to retreat, I still have to deal with the division. Division 7 letter (D7): It refers to the last “division,” but it might still be D5 or the D6. It's very important to understand divisions and get beyond them.. A New Direction The U.S. Department of State now has all employees and contractors on its Electronic Branch Records Management (BRM) system. BRM was first implemented in FY 2016 (December 31, 2015) when the Office of Personnel Management’ (OPM) and the Federal Acquisition Institute (FIA)’ (formerly Federal Procurement Resource Center’) began to transition all Department of State (DOS) contracts to BRM. To ensure the future success of BRM, DOS adopted a five-year plan based on a number of indicators—including the number of electronic documents in electronic formats and number of Department of State, USAID, Foreign Service Information Management (FSI), and Defense and Energy Contracting Support contracts that use an electronic record keeping system—that the EHR has been tracking and measuring for at least a year. This year (FY 2018), the BRM will be fully implemented by the end of 2022 BRM was built using a modular design approach (Modular Design Strategy); that is, DOS has four modules that have different requirements and different design requirements and can be configured to best meet those requirements. I was sort of afraid to install and pay for this online. There is so much identity theft out there.. I was just a victim of fraud on my bank account. But this seem pretty secure and was easy to get going.

Digital Signature is a process that guarantees that the contents of a message have not been altered in transit. When you, the server, digitally sign a document, you add a one-way hash (encryption) of the message content using your public and private key pair.
To create a digital signature, signing software -- such as an email program -- creates a one-way hash of the electronic data to be signed. The private key is then used to encrypt the hash. The encrypted hash -- along with other information, such as the hashing algorithm -- is the digital signature.
A digital signature is a mathematical scheme for verifying the authenticity of digital messages or documents. Digital signatures are often used to implement electronic signatures, which includes any electronic data that carries the intent of a signature, but not all electronic signatures use digital signatures.
Uses of digital signatures are used to meet three important goals of information security: integrity, authentication, and non-repudiation.
A common digital signature generally owns characteristics as follows: Creditability: the receiver of the document believes the authenticity of the digital signature on the document and that the signer agrees its contents. Enforceability: no one can forge the signer's digital signature.
Using digital signatures over paper and ink signatures comes with many advantages. Don't waste time sending your contracts in the mail. Sending documents digitally is faster and more cost-efficient.
Like a written signature, the purpose of a digital signature is to guarantee that the individual sending the message really is who he or she claims to be. Digital signatures are especially important for electronic commerce and are a key component of most authentication schemes.

When you click “sign", a unique digital fingerprint (called a hash) of the document is created using a mathematical algorithm. The hash is encrypted using the signer's private key. The encrypted hash and the signer's public key are combined into a digital signature, which is appended to the document.
Examples of electronic signatures include: a scanned image of the person's ink signature, a mouse squiggle on a screen or a hand-signature created on a tablet using your finger or stylus, a signature at the bottom of your email, a typed name, a biometric hand-signature signed on a specialized signing hardware device, a
