At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list. This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

Comprehensive, efficient and intuitive functionality. The only capability I missed was use of the arrow / scroll keys. A simplistic and refreshing technical experience. Thank you!

In and of itself, an invoice is not a legally binding agreement. The tenuous legal standing of an invoice is the very reason why vendors require signatures from the client, or some other binding form of acceptance, before sending out a product. The accountability works both ways for an invoice.
Invoices are documents sent by a seller to the buyer after the goods or services have been delivered. It identifies the seller, buyer, and the products or services sold, including their quantities and prices. It is legally-binding after both sides have agreed to the conditions and is also non-negotiable.
If you run a business that is not registered for goods and services tax (GST), your invoices won't include a tax component. These are called regular invoices. They should not include the words 'tax invoice'.
QuickBooks terms offer a shortened description, and calculate on an invoice, when you expect to receive payment from a customer, or when a vendor expects to receive payment from you. For example, 1% 10 Net 30 is an expression for payment due in 30 days, 1% discount, if paid within 10 days.
An electronic signature is a legally binding, digital version of a handwritten signature. Electronic signatures can be useful if you need to send contracts to freelancers, clients, or others. Similarly, QuickBooks Online Mobile sync with your accounting software and allow you to capture customer signatures on invoices.
