How to Use the Display Mark Feature in pdfFiller

The Display Mark feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add visible marks or annotations to your PDF documents. Follow these simple steps to make the most out of this feature:

Open the PDF document you want to work with in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Tools' tab located at the top of the page.

From the dropdown menu, select 'Display Mark'.

A toolbar will appear on the left side of the screen with various mark options.

Choose the mark you want to add by clicking on it.

Click anywhere on the document to place the mark. You can move it around and resize it as needed.

To customize the mark, click on it and select 'Edit Mark' from the toolbar.

I was able to fill out and print a very important document that was not allowing me to fill it out or print it and the chat team was available really late at night and helped me to do it inside PDF Filler.

Performance is slow and choppy at times. There is no OBVIOUS way to turn off the popups every single time I go to fill out a form. Transitioning from one form to another is extremely disjointed. There is no clear way to fill out one form and simply move on to the next in a series. If there is a clean workflow in there somewhere, it's not obvious, at least, not for my use case, which is to fill out a form for each of my employees from a remote location, download all and print all for distribution. Seems like every time I finish something, it takes a while to save, and a while to get to the page letting me choose what to do next, which is always to display the file list again, and a while to load the file list. . .rather than simply keeping the filelist persistent and hidden, as would seem same here. Also, this form, won't let me enter more than a character or 2 before kicking me out. I am writing this feedback in a notepad and then copying it in all at once. Awesome.

When shown, the formatting marks reveal spaces, tabs, and paragraph breaks in your document. Spaces are shown as a dot between words and punctuation, tabs are shown as arrows, and paragraphs are shown with the paragraph symbol. These tips work in Word 2016 and prior versions.
