To set an expiration date: Open Drive, Docs, Sheets, or Slides. Click on the Share button. Under Access expires, select the number of days (e.g., 7 days, 30 days, custom date) in which the document will expire.
In Drive, open the file. Click Share. If the file isn't already shared, share it. Click Advanced. Hover over the person's name and click Set expiration. Change the access expiration date. Click Save changes and then click Done.
