Document Software Hone: simplify online document editing with pdfFiller

As PDF is the most preferred file format for business, using the right PDF editing tool is a necessity.

All the most widely used file formats can be easily converted into PDF. It makes creating and using most of them simple. You can create a multi-purpose file in PDF instead of keeping its content in different file formats. It allows you to create presentations and reports that are both comprehensive and easy-to-read.

There are many solutions allowing you to edit PDFs, but there are only a few that cover all common use cases at a reasonable cost.

Use pdfFiller to edit documents, annotate and convert into many other file formats; fill them out and put a signature, or send out to others. All you need is just a web browser. You don’t need to install any applications. It’s an extensive solution you can use from any device with an internet connection.

To edit PDF form you need to:

01
Drag and drop a document from your device.
02
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the link to your file.
03
Search for the form you need in the catalog.
04
Upload a document from the cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
05
Browse the Legal library.

Once you uploaded the document, it’s saved in the cloud and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use editing features to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add fillable fields and send documents to sign. Change a page order. Add images to your PDF and edit its layout. Collaborate with others to fill out the fields. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.

What do you like best?
The best feature of PDFFiller is its ease of use, whether it's editing documents, signing documents, and then being able to access your documents anywhere by logging onto the site, as opposed to being constrained if you don't have your computer files with you.
What do you dislike?
Some of the option menus should be improved upon, especially as far as layout and ease of finding what you need, it's a bit counterintuitive though with experience that becomes less of an issue.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Signing PDFs with ease. Being able to access and edit a pdf no matter where I am as long as I have internet access, even if I don't have my computer with me and/or don't have access to my cloud storage.
