You have to carefully choose where to type, the format functions are limited and the printing is a little awkward as you cannot alter the margins. However, it is easy to use.

It works and is easy to use. I think it is a little pricey for the occasional individual user. Would like to have options based on degree of use: e.g., individual vs corporate.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Generally speaking, to make a postnuptial agreement valid, both parties' signatures need to be notarized. Some state laws may impose additional requirements, such as a requirement that the parties' signatures be witnessed.
The average fees charged by attorneys for an uncomplicated, straightforward post-nuptial agreement typically start at $1000 and go up to around $3000. Complicated post-nuptial agreements, which require complex negotiations, with significant assets and provisions involved, can start at $10,000.
You should hire an attorney to review the agreement and tell you whether it's fair. In some states, including California, courts are unlikely to enforce a postnuptial agreement where only one spouse was represented by an attorney. Before agreeing to a post, read the agreement carefully.
A Lawyer for the Postnuptial Agreement While it is a requirement to have a legal representative for many contracts, it is generally best to hire one for the postnuptial agreement.
It needs to be in writing. It needs to be signed and notarized. It needs to be fair and reasonable. There must be full disclosure of assets by both spouses. Both parties agree to the terms of the Postnuptial Agreement.
It is possible to include these future assets within a pre-nuptial agreement. This can include future assets and income which derive from a source which is already in place. However, quite often, people will wish to try and protect assets they are not in possession of at all, and may not even receive.
Usually prenups are wielded by the more moneyed spouse (often the man) and result in the less moneyed spouse signing her rights away because she's in love and doesn't think she'll ever get divorced, and often they do not fairly reward the primary care-taker of children.
The Uniform Premarital Agreement Act (UAA) has applied to California prenups since 1986. In general, this law states that written prenuptial agreements signed by both parties, in contemplation of marriage will automatically become effective once the couple marries.
A postnuptial agreement is a legal document that is signed by the couple after marriage. In Texas, a postnuptial or marital property agreement is acceptable in court as long as it meets the proper requirements.
It isn't legally valid. Prenups are only enforceable in Texas if they were put into writing and signed by both people before the wedding date. This may seem obvious, but it happens. While some states recognize verbal prenuptial agreements, Texas does not.
