I love it, it's more user friendly and reasonable than Adobe filler and keeps changes, doesn't always work that way with Adobe. The only thing is it needs alignment buttons, like center, left or right justified. Setting up new forms requires much counting spaces to center. Other than that am happy thus far with the program.

Easy to use I couldn't do my job without this tool. I utilized this everyday as I create and fill out forms quite often. Its very simple and does not take any time to understand how to utilize the software. At times it can give you problems when you try and save and add certain things. I've also had problems copy certain areas.

Selling a home “for sale by owner" (FSBO) can be a time-consuming challenge. It's not as difficult if the market is moving fast and inventory is snapped up as soon as it becomes available, but finding buyers otherwise can be tough without professional help.

Close Remotely You'll sign them using an electronic-signature system, which usually sends the signed forms back to the appropriate party. Attorneys still require physical signatures, so your agent will work with the closing attorney and FedEx all the necessary documents to you ahead of the closing, says Kaderabek.
A remote closing works exactly as the name describes. Before your closing date, your real estate agent would send you physical copies of the contract and addendums. You'd read through them and sign them, usually in the presence of a notary public.
