Do you need to print out your e ticket?
By its very name, an "Electronic Ticket", or an “E-ticket" is not a physical item - it's just an entry in a computer system. As a result, you do not need to physically present any specific document at time of check-in in order to get your boarding pass. So technically, no, you do not need to print anything out at all.
How do I print my e ticket?
Click on Print Ticket Option.
Enter the PNR number.
Click on Search Option.
Your PNR number will be displayed.
Select your PNR number.
And Click on Print E-ticket Option.
Select Print ERS (English) or Print ERS (Hindi)
After selction your e-Ticket will Displayed.
Can I travel without a printout of e ticket?
Yes, instead of carrying a printout or hard copy of your Indian Railways train ticket, IR CTC now sends you SMS-based tickets that can be shown to the Travelling Ticket Examiner (THE). The passenger can then select 'To' and 'From' stations and the 'e-ticket' option.
Do you need a boarding pass if you have an E ticket?
Generally, a passenger with an electronic ticket will only need a boarding pass. If a passenger has a paper airline ticket, that ticket (or flight coupon) may be required to be attached to the boarding pass for him or her to board the aircraft.
Can I show E ticket on mobile at airport?
Barring few exceptions, such as Srinagar and Offal, hard copy of ticket is not mandatory to be carried to the Airport. You can show your e- ticket on your mobile. Please note, airlines have their ticket counters on airports. You can get the print out of your ticket from there as well.
Do you have to print out your boarding pass?
Yes, you'll need to print each boarding pass clearly on an individual piece of A4 paper. The barcode on the pass will need to be scanned at the airport, so the page mustn't have any rips or tears. Your boarding pass is an official security document, so you'll need to keep it safe until you reach your destination.
What happens if you don't print your boarding pass?
Don't worry, once you've checked-in online your boarding pass can be reprinted up to 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure time. If you arrive at the airport without your printed online boarding pass, we can print one for you, but you will be required to pay a 'Boarding Card Reissue Fee' of /£20.

To print out your boarding pass prior to your arrival at the airport, you can go to the airline's (from which you are scheduled to fly with) website. You will need to enter the last name of the passenger traveling and confirmation number.

Printing a Boarding Pass Generally, airlines give passengers the option to print paper boarding passes themselves at home. Check in online within 24 hours of the flight and look for this option. Alternately, print boarding passes yourself from a self-serve kiosk at the airport.

Yes, your mobile boarding pass can be used to proceed through security checkpoint to board your flight. To board your flight, scan your mobile boarding pass by holding your device with your pass facing the scanner. The scanner is located at the boarding door podium.

A mobile boarding pass works just like a paper ticket. It contains your name, flight number and a QR code that can be scanned by TSA agents as well as by flight staff before you board the plane.
Can you use your phone as a boarding pass?
You can use your mobile boarding pass at most airports. Find your airport, then look under 'Airport details' to see if mobile boarding passes are available. If not, you can print a boarding pass before you head to the airport or from any self-service kiosk once you're there.
Does a boarding pass mean you are checked in?
If you have no hold luggage and check in online, check in is complete when you print your boarding pass. If you check in online and have hold luggage, it's complete once the airline has accepted your luggage.
Does board pass need to be printed?
Once you've completed the check-in process, you can print your boarding pass, have it emailed to you (so you can show it at the airport on your mobile device), or access it in a mobile app. If you don't have access to a printer or a smartphone, you can print your boarding pass once you get to the airport as well.
