What if I don't have my dogs shot records?
Finding Lost Shot Records Contact previous daycare centers, schools, camps, or anyone else that you may have given a copy of his shot record to, and see if they still have a copy. If your previous doctor moved or retired, contact your local medical society or state medical board to see where old records may be stored.
Is it too late to vaccinate my dog?
General points. It is never too late to provide vaccination protection for your dog. Kennels should and do ask to see proof of vaccination in the form of a 'certificate of vaccination' which we provide before accepting a dog for boarding.
How can I keep track of my dog's vaccinations?
After creating vaccinations, head on over to a client's profile to add vaccinations to a pet profile. In the Pets tab of the client profile, you'll notice pets now have a Vaccinations tab. Just click the Add Vaccination button, select the vaccination you'd like to track, set the due date and save changes.
How do I get my dog's medical records?
It is common for one veterinarian's office to simply mail or fax your pet's records to his new vet. However as the pet parent, you are free to request a copy to pass along to the new vet in person. In some states, this is allowable, while others prohibit the doctor from giving you a copy of your pet's file.
How do you get a copy of your shot records?
If you need a copy of your immunization records, there are several places you can look: Check your home for your paper record of immunization. Try looking through baby books or other saved documents from your childhood. Check with your parents or other caregivers to see if they have a record of your immunizations.
Can you get a copy of shot records online?
Only doctors, schools, child-care centers, public healthcare providers, and other authorized healthcare organizations may directly access ImmTrac. Immunization records are NOT available to view online by the general public, including parents or legal guardians.
How long does it take to get your immunization records?
Most results take 1-2 days, but some take longer. See the test description for an estimate on how long your results might take. Certain result values may prompt a phone call from our ordering provider to ensure the patient is aware of their result.

Do I qualify for free PDSA treatment?
PDSA. To qualify for free or subsidised treatment, pet owners must be in receipt of certain benefits, such as housing benefit or council tax support, and live within the catchment area of a PDSA hospital or clinic. You will need to bring your registration certificate with you to the clinic.
How soon after rabies vaccine can dog travel?
However, after your pet has received their rabies vaccination, you must wait 21 days to travel. Most people allow ample time to get their pets a passport, but it can be obtained in around 3 weeks to a month if needed.
