Finding Lost Shot Records Contact previous daycare centers, schools, camps, or anyone else that you may have given a copy of his shot record to, and see if they still have a copy. If your previous doctor moved or retired, contact your local medical society or state medical board to see where old records may be stored.
General points. It is never too late to provide vaccination protection for your dog. Kennels should and do ask to see proof of vaccination in the form of a 'certificate of vaccination' which we provide before accepting a dog for boarding.
After creating vaccinations, head on over to a client's profile to add vaccinations to a pet profile. In the Pets tab of the client profile, you'll notice pets now have a Vaccinations tab. Just click the Add Vaccination button, select the vaccination you'd like to track, set the due date and save changes.
It is common for one veterinarian's office to simply mail or fax your pet's records to his new vet. However as the pet parent, you are free to request a copy to pass along to the new vet in person. In some states, this is allowable, while others prohibit the doctor from giving you a copy of your pet's file.
If you need a copy of your immunization records, there are several places you can look: Check your home for your paper record of immunization. Try looking through baby books or other saved documents from your childhood. Check with your parents or other caregivers to see if they have a record of your immunizations.
Only doctors, schools, child-care centers, public healthcare providers, and other authorized healthcare organizations may directly access ImmTrac. Immunization records are NOT available to view online by the general public, including parents or legal guardians.
Most results take 1-2 days, but some take longer. See the test description for an estimate on how long your results might take. Certain result values may prompt a phone call from our ordering provider to ensure the patient is aware of their result.
If you've lost your copy, we keep records for at least 3 years. Call us 7-days a week at 877-838-7468.
VETCO is a team animal health professionals dedicated to preventative health care for the family pet. You can find Vetco Wellness Centers and Vaccination Clinics inside PETCO and Unleashed stores across the United States.
Typically states require veterinarians to keep records anywhere from 3-5 years after the last patient exam or treatment.
If you are a Banfield Pet Hospital® client, you can access your pet's records via our online portal. If you've already created an account, you can login to view your pet's health information. Or new users can register for portal access.

PDSA. To qualify for free or subsidised treatment, pet owners must be in receipt of certain benefits, such as housing benefit or council tax support, and live within the catchment area of a PDSA hospital or clinic. You will need to bring your registration certificate with you to the clinic.
However, after your pet has received their rabies vaccination, you must wait 21 days to travel. Most people allow ample time to get their pets a passport, but it can be obtained in around 3 weeks to a month if needed.
Three doses of vaccine are usually given. The first injection, a second injection seven days later and a third injection 21-28 days after the first injection. The vaccine is very effective - almost 100%. That is, it will stop nearly everybody who has had it getting rabies if they are bitten by an animal with rabies.
