Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Select Invite settings to add CC recipients and set up the completion settings.

Insertion Order (IO) is a document that depicts the agreement between the publisher and advertiser to run a campaign. It is the last step of a direct deal. Once an insertion order is signed, the advertiser has to run the ads on your site(s) for the specified amount of time and ad impressions.
Yes, an insertion order is a commitment between an advertiser and publisher. Once signed, it is a contract that commits the parties to the details included in the insertion order. That way, any changes to delivery can be referenced back to the insertion order.
It normally includes instructions regarding the insertion date(s), number of insertions in a stated period, ad size (or commercial length), and ad placement (or time slot). In effect, it is a purchase order, and is issued typically through an advertising agency or a media representative.
An insertion order is the final step in the ad proposal process; when an insertion order is signed, it represents a commitment from an advertiser (or their agency) to run a campaign on a publisher's site(s).
IO means a mutually agreed insertion order that incorporates these Terms, under which Media Company will deliver Ads on Sites for the benefit of Agency or Advertiser.
