How do I replace pages in a PDF?
Open the PDF that contains the pages you want to replace. Choose Tools > Organize Pages or choose Organize Pages from the right pane. In the secondary toolbar, click Replace. Select the document containing the replacement pages, and click Open.
How do I change the order of pages in a PDF in Preview?
To reorder pages, drag them up or down in the sidebar. To add pages from another PDF, open that PDF and drag the page's thumbnail to the sidebar of the other PDF.
