Excellent Product The product is offering me the ability to execute contracts/agreements on the fly no matter where I am. When traveling and a signature is required for contract execution, time is critical to completing the deal. PDFiller allows me to do that. PDFiller is simply the easiest and most useful product in its category. Simple to use and very user friendly. Honestly, it has done everything I have needed to for the past 3 years. If I had to say something, I would say maybe an easier way to save and send. But, that would be pushing it.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
You use a settlement rule to define how the costs of a maintenance task are to be distributed and settled. One or more distribution rules are assigned to each settlement sender. You have to specify the correct settlement rule so that the costs resulting from maintenance tasks can be settled correctly.
If you want to settle sub-orders differently to the superior main orders, you can calculate the settlement rule for these sub-orders ingly in Customizing by choosing Plant Maintenance → Maintenance and Service Processing → Maintenance and Service Orders → Functions and Settings for Order Types → Define Settlement
Changing the Settlement Rule Assigned On the Costs tab page, you can check, change and enter additional detail data for a settlement rule that has already been assigned.
Procedure Choose Settlement rule in the master data maintenance for the relevant sender object. You maintain settlement rules in Customizing under Controlling Internal Orders Actual Postings Settlement Maintain Settlement Profiles . Choose Edit New rule or enter the value directly.
Creating a Settlement Rule Choose Settlement rule in the master data maintenance for the relevant sender object. You maintain settlement rules in Customizing under Controlling Internal Orders Actual Postings Settlement Maintain Settlement Profiles . Choose Edit New rule or enter the value directly.
KO88 is a transaction to settle the Order (Production order, Internal order, QM order, PM order, etc). In case of Production order, if there is any balance lying in the order, it would be on account of WIP or variances.
go to T Code: CJ88, Enter the WBS element for which you want to see the Settlement rules. Then enter the period the fiscal year check the test run.. hit enter upon entring the description appears net to the WBS elemt you jsut enetered.. then click on goto >settlment rules -->itemization or the settlement rules
To create the rules you can go to KO02, enter the order and then click on settlement rule. Each line of the distribution rule specifies the percentage, equivalence number or amount of the orders costs to be settled to a particular receiver.
The costs are initially collected on the order. They are then transferred to the settlement receiver specified in the settlement rule. The receiver of the costs is independent of the reference object, which merely provides a proposal.
If the receiver is specified in the location and account assignment data, the system automatically creates a settlement rule for the order, containing a distribution rule of 100 percent to the respective receiver. Different settlement receivers are available for settling an order.
You can maintain a settlement profile in system. Step 1 − Use the T-code: OKO7 or navigate to SPRO → IMG → Controlling → Internal Orders → Actual Postings → Settlement → Maintain settlement profiles.
