If you need to complete forms, you need PDF filler
My experience has been good, but I think that for people that don't need to complete a lot of forms per year, there should be a way to pay by form.
I can complete any PDF form regardless where I got them from. This form can be saved, printed, and emailed.
The user interface could be better and it could have more forms available.

What counts as perfect attendance?
A student qualifies for a Perfect Attendance Award when he/she has not been absent and has three [3] tarries or less for the entire school year with no absences. To be counted present, students must attend the required number of hours each day.
Do tarries count against perfect attendance?
Perfect Attendance: If the student has missed any percentage of the day above a tardy or has ANY unexcused tarries, they are no longer considered to have perfect attendance. Punctual Attendance: Any student who has 3 or less EXCUSED ABSENCES and NO MORE THAN 6 excused tarries will have punctual attendance.
Do you get a scholarship for perfect attendance?
No, you do not have to indicate whether you had perfect attendance. Some colleges award micro-scholarships for perfect attendance, but you won't ever lose earned scholarship dollars for imperfect attendance.
How many unexcused tarries can you have?
Five (5) unexcused tarries (during a nine week period) shall count as an unexcused absence. Each tardy (during a nine-week period) thereafter will also count as an unexcused absence.
How many truancy letters can you get?
After the first truancy, a student will receive an additional truancy letter for each additional 7 periods of absence. If a student receives 3 truancy letters, he/she is referred to the Student Attendance Review Board (SARA) for appropriate legal action.

Do colleges look at perfect attendance?
Perfect attendance will not actually help you. Perfect attendance will not affect your application at any college. Colleges are interested in your GPA and test scores, your essay and letters of rec, your ECA's and service, and the potential contribution you offer to the class, the school and the community.

I've never seen a transcript that mentions attendance. However, repeated absences and truancy that results in lowered grades and/or disciplinary action will definitely be passed along on your transcript to the colleges you are applying to.
Can colleges see attendance?
Do colleges look at high school attendance records whatsoever? They do if it's on your transcript. Otherwise, no. And attendance really doesn't matter from an admissions' standpoint, unless your absences were egregious.
Do absences affect college acceptance?
One or two absences won't hurt your college chances, but a series of absences or four-month break from classes might. If you've missed a whole semester or year, or your grades have suffered from repeated absences, you need to address it.

Each student that has perfect attendance for the entire year (180 school days) will qualify for the perfect attendance award. He/She has not missed anytime at school for any reason, excused or unexcused (every day and every minute the student was present at school and in attendance).

To be eligible for a perfect attendance award, a recipient must have been employed full time during the entire calendar year. EXCUSED ABSENCES: Permissible absences that do not affect perfect attendance: 1.
