I love it for the most part. Just wish I could send a document to a person without knowing their email (ex. directly to their Facebook account) with the ability to view and sign not edit the document. Other than that, it's been great!

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Generally, the person who creates a work is considered its author and the automatic owner of copyright in that work. However, under the work made for hire doctrine, your employer or the company that has commissioned your work, not you, is considered the author and automatic copyright owner of your work.
Work for hire. In the copyright law of the United States, a work made for hire (work for hire or WFH) is a work subject to copyright that is created by an employee as part of his or her job, or some limited types of works for which all parties agree in writing to the WFH designation.
Copyrights can be transferred. The law may make you or your employer the copyright owner, but the law also allows the owner to transfer the copyright. With a written and signed instrument, your employer can give you the copyright.
Hire purchase agreement or contract is an agreement of purchase where the goods or assets are let out on hire by the seller/finance company (creditor) to the user of goods/ assets i.e. hire-purchase customer (Hirer). If the buyer defaults in paying the installments, the seller may repossess the goods.
The term of copyright protection of a work made for hire is 95 years from the date of publication or 120 years from the date of creation, whichever expires first. (A work not made for hire is ordinarily protected by copyright for the life of the author plus 70 years.)
Work for hire. In the copyright law of the United States, a work made for hire (work for hire or WFH) is a work subject to copyright that is created by an employee as part of his or her job, or some limited types of works for which all parties agree in writing to the WFH designation.
Make Sure the Contract You're Signing Is the Contract You Agreed to Sign. Date the Contract. Make Sure Both Parties Sign the Contract. Make Sure Any Last Minute Changes to the Contract Are Initialed. The Parties Must Sign the Contract in Their Correct Capacity. Make Sure the Other Party Has Authority to Sign the Contract.
Signing a contract means you're agreeing to the terms within, including, of course, what end of the bargain you're holding up. Verbal contracts can, in some cases, be legally binding, though if you want to protect yourself, it's obviously a great idea to put it in writing.
Put your initials in the bottom right corner of the document to indicate that you are in agreement with the contents of each page and that you made and approved the changes on certain pages. Look at the last page of the document, which is the signature page. Determine whether you need someone to witness your signature.
Keep in mind what a signature is for. It's to prove that you agreed to the contract. So if it's not likely that anyone would dispute your agreement to the deal, then a photo is not that risky. It's to prove that you agreed to the contract.
In the United States, signatures encompass marks and actions of all sorts that are indicative of identity and intent. The legal rule is that unless a statute specifically prescribes a particular method of making a signature it may be made in any number of ways. These include by a mechanical or rubber stamp facsimile.
No, you do not have to use your legal name as your signature. That is your choice. At the same time, your bank and your employer do not have to accept your “custom" signature if they do not want to. That is their choice.
Usually, a signature is simply someone's name written in a stylized fashion. However, that is not really necessary. As long as it adequately records the intent of the parties involved in a contractual agreement, it's considered a valid signature. Usually this mark is made by a pen, but not necessarily.
