It took a while to begin to understand how this works. I would definitely like to attend a webinar to learn more about it. After I fill in all these forms I send you, how do I save them to my computer? Thanks, Joyce Wicks

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
To sign your application electronically, click the “Log in" button on the FAFSA.gov home page to log in, and then click the “Provide Signatures" button. The student (and parent if required) will enter own their FSA ID and click “sign". You and your parent will each create your own FSA ID accounts only once.
Your signature is always required. When making corrections to your FAFSA online, you must sign electronically with your FSA ID. If you are a dependent student, and you do correct your parents' information, then a parent is required to sign your corrected FAFSA.
The fastest way for you (the parent) to sign your FAFSA is electronically with your own FSA ID. There are two other, slower options to sign the FAFSA: Print a signature page, sign it, and mail it to the address on the page. Your student's application will be processed once your signature is received.
Federal law assumes that the parents have the primary responsibility for paying for their children's college education. Parents of a dependent student are required to submit their financial and demographic information on the FAFSA. Parents of an independent student are not required to complete the FAFSA.
Do both parents need an FSA ID? If you are a parent of a dependent student, you will need your own FSA ID if you want to sign your child's FAFSA form electronically. If you have more than one child attending college, you can use the same FSA ID to sign all applications, but each child must have his or her own.
Submit the FAFSA without signatures. Your student's application will be partially processed without signatures, and he or she will receive a Student Aid Report (SAR) within 3-5 days. In order for the FAFSA to complete, you'll need to return later to sign electronically.
The new 202021 FAFSA form is here! Some states and schools have limited funds, so don't delay! To begin your application, select the START HERE button on the FAFSA homepage or download the myStudentAid app for iOS and Android.
WHEN should I file the FAFSA (what is the FAFSA 2019-2020 deadline)? The 2019-2020 FAFSA is available for filing on or after October 1, 2018. The deadline for the 2019-2020 FAFSA is midnight, Central Time, June 30, 2020. The earlier you file, the more grant money you are likely to receive (up to twice as much).
Information you'll need to fill out the FAFSA: Your social security number and driver's license, and/or alien registration number if you are not a U.S. citizen. Your federal income tax returns, W-2s, and other records of money earned. Your parents income tax returns, W-2 forms and 1040 forms if you're a dependent.

Step 1: Make a list of schools. Step 2: Gather financial documents. Step 3: Create a Federal Student Aid ID. Step 4: Start the FAFSA for the desired year. Step 5: Follow the instructions carefully. Step 6: Submit.
As long as your FAFSA is submitted by the federal deadline of June 30, you may be qualified to receive federal loans, grants and other financial aid. If you miss your state's deadline, you will still qualify for federal aid, but not for state-funded aid programs.
The 2019-2020 FAFSA is available for filing on or after October 1, 2018. The deadline for the 2019-2020 FAFSA is midnight, Central Time, June 30, 2020. Filing early also helps to ensure you don't miss FAFSA deadlines for state and college aid, which may differ from the federal deadline.
