What do you like best?
I enjoy the ability to create fillable forms along with the e-signature. PDF filler allows me to make forms for use around the office that were once blank copies to fill in by hand where many mistakes were made. Having the ability to make forms has reduced the amount of mistakes to almost none. This program saves time, ensures more accuracy to your documents, keeps files stored neatly and are easy to access in the future. This is a must when preparing any proposals. Have tried other PDF edit programs and they are clunky and not easy to use. The other programs are hard to find your documents after creation.
What do you dislike?
There are a couple of uses that are not at my price level that would be nice to pay just if you need that function for a one time use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PDF filler is so much easier to use rather than free trial software. The application allows you to make quick edits of all document types and is a real time saver when it comes to preparing proposals and gathering signatures. If you require mass editing multiple file formats and want to save time this program is a must. This program is used exclusively when compiling proposals. The ease of edits and write over capability saves time by not needing to re-type documents, instead write right to the document. The cost of PDF filler is really affordable for all you get when it comes to processing pdf's.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I receive many forms to fill out by hand and instead use PDF Filler. This saves a lot of time and ensures less errors on when sending forms back to the sender. The receiver doesn't have to hope handwritten documents can be read. PDF Filler has reduced the amount of printed documents.

A pro forma invoice is a preliminary bill of sale sent to buyers in advance of a shipment or delivery of goods. The invoice will typically describe the purchased items and other important information such as the shipping weight and transport charges.
A pro forma invoice provides an estimate for the final amount of an order. A commercial invoice shows the final amount that should be paid. Pro forma invoices are used in importing and exporting to declare the value of goods for customs. Commercial invoices are used in accounting, to pay bills.
A Proforma Invoice is a legally binding quotation issued in the same format as an original invoice. It is a legal document which can be used by the buyer to: Fully describe the quoted items, their prices and all terms and conditions of sale.
An abridged or estimated invoice sent by a seller to a buyer in advance of a shipment or delivery of goods. Pro forma invoices are commonly used as preliminary invoices with a quotation, or for customs purposes in importation. They differ from a normal invoice in not being a demand or request for payment.
Value of The Proforma Invoice The proforma invoice is used to create a sale, not to generate payment for a sale (the commercial invoice is used for payment purposes). Once the final proforma invoice is accepted by the buyer, it should be signed by the authorized buyer/importer and returned to the exporter.
A proforma invoice should not have an invoice number. Invoice numbers are reserved for completed invoices. Once a proforma is finalized, the completed invoice should follow your invoice number sequence. The issue date of the proforma does not need to match the date of the finalized invoice.
A proforma invoice is commonly used as a preliminary invoice with a quotation, or for customs purposes in importation. It is not a normal invoice, nor a tax invoice, because there is no demand or request for payment.
A proforma invoice occurs before the products are delivered or the service is provided but is considered more binding than a quote, though not legally binding like a completed invoice. The customer still has room for negotiation before payment is made.
A proforma invoice isn't legally binding A customer or buyer is not legally bound to pay a proforma invoice. At this stage, there's still room for both parties to negotiate. That's why, once the transaction is confirmed, the seller should issue an official, final invoice.
Like a regular invoice, proforma invoices should include contact details, a date of issue, a description of the goods or services provided, the total amount due, and any VAT. They might also include payment details or terms and conditions such as which methods of payment you accept and when payment is expected.
