The rule of thumb for all cruise lines is that one person must remain in a booking at all times. That is to say you can't call one day and change one name and call back tomorrow to change the other.
Can I transfer my reservation to a travel advisor if I purchased my cruise directly from Royal Caribbean? Bookings may only be transferred to a Travel Advisor up until 60 days from creation if the request is made outside of Final Payment period and the booking is not paid in full.
”A name change fee of $50.00 per name change will apply for any name change made between 75 – 16 days prior to sailing. A change fee of $100.00 per name changed will apply for any name changes made between 15 days or less prior to sailing.”
A name change is the cancellation of one guest and the addition of a new guest on a booking. For bookings that do not include airfare booked through Carnival, and not booked under a restricted/non-refundable fare×, there is no charge for a name change.
