Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

How to Use the Email E Signature Request Feature

The Email E Signature Request feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily request electronic signatures from others via email. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to send for signature in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'SendToSign' button located in the top right corner of the screen.

In the pop-up window, select the 'Email' option.

Enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to send the document to. You can add multiple recipients by separating their email addresses with commas.

Customize the subject and message of the email if desired. This will be the email that the recipients receive along with the document for signature.

Click on the 'Send' button to send the email with the signature request.

The recipients will receive an email with a link to access the document and sign it electronically. They can sign the document using their mouse, touchpad, or by uploading an image of their signature.

Once the recipients have signed the document, you will receive a notification email informing you that the document has been signed.

Place the cursor in your Word document where you want to insert a signature. Click the Insert tab. Select Signature Line. A menu will appear. Fill out the required fields. Select OK.
