For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
The solution is not so obvious, because there can be many reasons for that. The problem may occur if the message gets converted to the plain text format or if there are issues with the HTML code of an email signature. Finally, it can be caused by a specific Outlook configuration.
A fairly common problem for 64-bit Windows users is that Outlook's Stationery and Fonts or Signatures buttons won't work. Empty your temp internet files and if it still fails, change both (Default) and LocalServer32 values in each of the following keys to the appropriate path for your installation of Outlook.
Sometimes, when using your Office 365 Outlook on the web (OWA), you might experience a problem when trying to set an email signature for your account. When going through email settings, under Layout menu, the Signature button might be missing. The most probable cause is OWA policy blocking this feature.
The key elements of a professional email signature include your name, title, company and phone number. You may also include an address and your company's website. But don't include your email address that's redundant and unnecessary.
To set up signature on Outlook, open Outlook and compose a new email. Click "Signature" and then choose the "Signatures" option. Choose "New" and name your signature (e.g. "personal") Type whatever text you want in the signature field.
Installing HTML email signatures in Microsoft Outlook. In Outlook, go to File > Options > Mail and click on Signatures. Click New to create a new placeholder signature. Give the new signature a name you can remember.

If the Gmail signature image is not showing, the most common problem is that the email format is configured for plain text mode. You can change this setting by selecting the small arrow on the bottom of the message (on the right side of the message). Select rich text mode and your photo should appear.
The most common reason for images displaying as attachments is that some messages are sent in the plain text format instead of the HTML format. As the plain text format does not support embedding or viewing images, all images are automatically attached to the message.
