Easy and time saving I use it to fill out government and medical forms for personal reasons. It could be used for any form you might need to complete. It's very easy to use and has tons of forms available. You can upload unique forms and it works great on those too. I have had some issues finding forms I've completed.

Purchase orders are commonly used whenever a buyer wants to purchase supplies or inventory on account and needed to fulfill orders and process payments. In other words, a purchase order is created before an invoice is sent since it defines the contract of the sale.
You might use a purchase order, or PO, to buy products or services from an external supplier. Or you might be the external supplier and receive a PO when someone is buying from you.
What happens after a purchase order is issued? If the purchase order is accepted, the seller has agreed to sell the listed products and quantities at the prices set forth by the buyer. The seller then issues an invoice to the buyer based on the purchase order.
A buyer creates a purchase order to be fulfilled by a supplier. A supplier or seller prepares an invoice for the service, and is then paid for those services. An invoice is a record of the goods or services you provided to your customer, and it's a method for them to pay you for your work.
The PO is prepared by the buyer when they order goods or services, while an invoice is created by the seller to request payment for the goods sold. Both the PO and the invoice include details about the order and shipping specifics, but the invoice also includes the invoice number, date of delivery, and PO number.
A purchase order (PO) is a document sent from buyers to sellers with a request to order a product. When accepted by the seller, a legally bound contract is formed through the product transaction between the buyer and the seller. Contracts also indicate the value and number of purchase orders and invoices.
An agreement is any understanding or arrangement reached between two or more parties. A contract is a specific type of agreement that, by its terms and elements, is legally binding and enforceable in a court of law.
A purchase agreement is a type of legal document outlining the different conditions and terms that are related to the sale of goods. It creates a legally binding contract between the buyer and the seller.
A PO (Purchase Order) signifies the conclusion of the offer & acceptance ritual of a contract. An offer is made by the service provider and the same offer is accepted by an organization for a consideration which is clearly spelled out. The three together form the basis of a contract and hence a PO is a legal document.
Purchase Orders A purchase order is a document that is sent from the buyer to the supplier to place an order. The purchase order often includes the type of item, the quantity requested, and the agreed upon price of the transaction. If the seller accepts the purchase order, this creates a legally binding contract.

What is a Purchase Order? A purchase order is a document sent from a buyer to a seller, with a request to order a product. When the seller accepts the document, it forms a legally binding contract between the buyer and the seller.
The difference between the two resides in the fact that work orders typically deal with labor and tasks while purchase orders deal with parts and items.
”order cancelled on date" = cancel ship date, cancel if not shipped by date, cancel date (customer specifies in purchase order that the order should be cancelled if goods have still not been shipped (or delivered or made available for pickup) by this date)
A purchase order is a legally binding document between a supplier and a buyer. It details the items the buyer agrees to purchase at a certain price point. It also outlines the delivery date and terms of payment for the buyer.
