Graphic arrows in the pdf are represented by the letter U. Can't move inserted text to new location. Circle is useless, odd shape, can't resize without border getting too thick and covering item to circle.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Find your PDF document in Windows Explorer, then right-click on it and select Open With → Google Chrome. Once your PDF is open in Chrome, click the Print icon in top right-hand side of the window. When the Print dialogue appears, click Change in the Destination section. On the next screen, select Save as PDF.
Delete PDF Pages Go to the “Page” tab on the toolbar, and select the pages you want to delete. Then click the “Delete” icon. After that, click the “Delete” button in the pop-up window. This will delete pages from PDF.
To delete pages from a PDF file, select Split and Reorder Pages from the menu. This prompts for a PDF file which you can select using the displayed file browser. Select to delete pages option and add any page that you want removed from the PDF.
Go to Edit-Preferences and in the Documents section see if PDF/A View Mode is set to Always. Change it to Never, then try to delete pages. I remember reading in other threads that if you close the PDF then reopen it, you may then be able to delete the pages.
