i thought it was a free program but I needed to pay for it when I tried to print the document, it required payment. I did so, but then complained to the company and they fully refunded my money

Ridiculously time-saving and easily customizable PDFfiller is a lifesaver as an office assistant, as I'm able to quickly populate imported forms with the info I need without filling them in by hand-which saves me time, ink, and effort! Little drawbacks to using this-while some files I import aren't already OCR-friendly, it's easy to navigate around and create text input on my own.

Choose File> Export> Export Multiple Files. Click the Add Files button at the top of the window and locate your source PDFs. The Output Options window appears: Click Browse to select a folder for the Excel output. If desired, add a prefix or suffix to the filename. Click OK.
Right-click on the highlighted data and click “Export Selection As”, a window will open asking where you want to save the file. Before you save it, change the dropdown menu to XLSX (or whichever excel variant you want) and it should maintain all the original formatting in a fresh Excel file for you.
