If you want to convert a single PDF to iWork Pages on macOS 11, you can go to the "File" menu first. Then select the "Export To" > "Pages" button. If the PDF file is scanned or image-based PDF, you can turn on the OCR option. Finally, click "Convert" to start the process.
Launch Pages and open a new or existing document. Position the cursor where you want to place the PDF. Select "Insert" and then "Choose" from the main menu to open a search dialog. Browse to the PDF you want to insert.
If you are using a Mac, you no longer need another third-party program or app to help you process the file. Pages for Mac is able to export the document into another format directly. It can save the file in PDF, Microsoft Word, Plain Text (txt), ePub, Pages '09.
Change PDF to PowerPoint on Mac After editing your PDF file, click on the "File" menu and then "Export To" > "PowerPoint". On the pop-up window, you can set up the options for the conversion. When you're done, click on the "Save" button to start converting PDF to PowerPoint.
Open your desired PDF file. Choose the Export PDF tool on the right sidebar. Select Microsoft Word as the export format and then Word Document. Click Export. Save and name your Word file in your desired location.
