It is provided for the benefit of you and other users of the Service from [MASSIF], LLC. If, at any time, you do not agree to the terms in this Agreement, you must discontinue the use of the Service. Except as provided by your Service Agreement or otherwise expressly provided to you, Sections 4-11, 14-21, 23-25, 28-30, 31-35, 37-46, 48-61, 66-70, 72-75, 79-86, 100-109, and 111-124(c) of this Agreement do not apply to the Service. Each Service is provided pursuant to a license from us to you for use solely with the mobile device, computer, or other device of your choice that you have provided to us at the time of payment. The goal of this contract is to maximize your efficiency in delivering office faxing services, while at the same time protecting you against potential disputes. To provide you with better protection, we will offer you our standard contract term for the term of the agreement, even if you are on other terms, such as an exclusive agreement or a separate work agreement. For companies in Australia which can be subject to claims for non-delivery, you will be entitled to reimbursement and, in addition, we will send you a fax for free whenever you are required to send a fax to your clients. Typically, the extended term period will be a minimum of two years, while the duration of a standard contract term is usually seven years from the first effective date of the contract.
