Use the formatting options in the toolbar to customize the appearance of the footnote, such as font style, size, color, and alignment.

You can also add additional text or symbols to the footnote using the toolbar.

Once you are satisfied with the formatting, click outside the footnote to save the changes.

To edit an existing footnote, simply click on the superscript number in the main text and make the desired changes using the formatting toolbar.

To delete a footnote, click on the superscript number in the main text and press the 'Delete' key on your keyboard.

Remember to save your document after making any changes to the footnotes.
