The Fix Dropdown Field feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily correct any issues with dropdown fields in your PDF documents. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Open the PDF document that contains the dropdown field you want to fix.

Click on the 'Edit' tab in the top menu.

Select the 'Fix Dropdown Field' option from the dropdown menu.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen with a list of all the dropdown fields in the document.

Click on the dropdown field you want to fix.

In the sidebar, you will see the current options for the dropdown field.

To edit the options, click on the 'Edit Options' button.

A new window will open where you can add, remove, or modify the options for the dropdown field.

Make the necessary changes and click 'Save' to apply the changes.

You can also rearrange the options by dragging and dropping them in the desired order.

Once you have made all the necessary changes, click 'Close' to exit the editing mode.

Your dropdown field is now fixed and ready to use.

Drop Down Option Even though the default setting for a data validation list is to show the arrow, it's possible to change that setting. In the Data Tools group, click Data Validation. On the Settings tab, add a check mark to In-cell drop. Click OK.
