Great editor, Could have some more funcationality but does 90% of what I want to do. Previously purchased another program (Soda PDF) and couldn't get my head around it. PDFfiller is soo much easier to use, with heaps of online help on how to do anything you want to do.

Easy to Use Online Document Filter Online platform allows for less bulky application. Some users liked that it was online and they didn't have to have an expensive bulky app like Adobe. There are some features lacking and the website could use a little reboot. For the price, you can't get any better than this but it could still look better. It would be easier to use.

Initial is something that occurs first or at the beginning. If someone asks you to initial a form, they're asking you to sign by writing your initials on it.
Initials are the capital letters which begin each word of a name. For example, if your full name is Michael Dennis Stocks, your initials will be M. D. ... If someone initials an official document, they write their initials on it, for example to show that they have seen it or that they accept or agree with it.
Your initial means the first letter of your name. An example of initial is the letter “M” when your name is Molly.
So yes, you're the resident, and your initials are MAY, so write those on the form. This is an old post, just wanted to complete the details since I stumbled upon here: In the forms initials would be: First character of first name, First character of last name, First character of Middle Name.
You only need to provide initials for the first and middle names, but do include initials for all middle names provided by the source. Include a comma after every last name and in-between different authors' names. Include a period after every initial.
The First Name is also your given name, the name given to you by your parents at birth. The Initial is normally used for the middle names, and you write them as initials rather than the actual name. The Last Name is also your surname or family name, the name of your clan or affiliated family.
Use initials in a personal name only if the name is commonly written that way. See Wikipedia: Manual of Style/Biographies for when to use full names and other formats. An initial is followed by a full point (period) and a space (e.g. J. R. R.

Traditionally, the first letters of their first, last and middle name are used, in that order. For couples, if they share their last name, the last name remains in the middle with the initials of their first names on the left and right side.
Periods are frequently, but not always used, after initials and with two-letter abbreviations (U.S.). Declarative sentence: Harry S Truman did not use a period after his middle initial. Periods should be placed inside closing quotation marks, except when followed by a parenthetical note.
