Format Limited Field Text: edit PDF documents from anywhere

As PDF is the most common file format used for business, the right PDF editor is a necessity.

If you hadn't used PDF file type for your documents before, you can switch to it anytime — it's easy to convert any other file format into PDF. It makes creating and using most of them easy. Several files containing various types of content can also be combined within just one glorious PDF. It is also the best choice in case you want to control the appearance of your content.

Though many online solutions provide PDF editing features, only a few of them allow adding signatures, collaborating with other users etc.

With pdfFiller, it is possible to annotate, edit, convert PDF documents into many other formats, add your signature and complete in one browser tab. You don’t have to install any programs.

I was happy to know I could use a blank form to enter my new figures when I had to file an amended form for both the Federal and State Taxes for 2014. Thank you.

PDF Filler is great. However, I wish it had some photo cleanup like features. For instance the ability to white out, or clean up shadows, or dark areas, while leaving all printed in black areas in tact.

In Design view, right-click anywhere in the column that contains the field you want to format, and then choose Properties from the shortcut menu. Click in the Format property, and then click the arrow to display the format options. Choose a format option from the drop-down list.
Field Formats. * Custom formats are unique formats you create. You specify text to be inserted in an input string and where the text is to be inserted. For example, assume the input string is “123456789” and the custom format string is “3,-,2,-”.
The Format property affects only how data is displayed. It doesn't affect how data is stored. Microsoft Office Access 2007 provides predefined formats for Date/Time, Number and Currency, Text and Memo, and Yes/No data types.
To automatically convert the text in a field to uppercase, no matter how someone enters the data, set the Format property to >. Select the table from the list of tables in your database. On the list of tables in your Access database, select the table. Click Design View.
Double-click the file that contains the table you want to edit. Right-click the table you want to edit and select “Design View.” This opens the Design Viewer where you can make modifications to your table's format. Click the table column that contains the information you want to return in uppercase lettering.
