What can you do with an interactive PDF?
An interactive PDF is the one that allows you to incorporate all sorts of digitally rich media into a document like visual weblinks, videos, audio, GIFs, files, and other documents inside a PDF. Text and images are mere basics of what we are used to seeing in a document.
How do I remove interactive fields from a PDF?
If you are not in the form editing mode, choose Tools > Prepare Form.
In the right-hand pane under Fields or the page view, select the form fields that you want to delete.
Right-click and choose To delete, or choose Edit > Delete.
How do I edit a PDF with editable fields?
To edit a single form field, double-click it or right-click it and choose Properties.
To edit multiple form fields, select the fields that you want to edit, right-click one of the selected fields, and choose Properties.
Why can't I edit a fillable PDF?
Make sure that the security settings allow form filling. (See File > Properties > Security.) Make sure that the PDF includes interactive, or fillable, form fields. If you can't type in the form fields, then the fields are probably not interactive.
How do I edit an interactive PDF?
Open any document in PDF Studio 9 or above.
On the menu bar select Forms→Create/Edit Form.
This will open up the Form Field Toolbar.
You can now edit the Create/Edit forms on the PDF document as needed. (
Once complete click on Stop Form Editing to close the toolbar.
