In my opinion this application is very powerful, however not so intuitive, and I had to spend an inordinate amount of time in chat with technical support personnel. I would be happy to explain further.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Your file may be corrupted, which means there are metadata issues in the file that occurred during original document generation, scanning, or some other conversion process, has produced an invalid PDF (i.e., one that doesn't conform to PDF structure standards).
The easiest way to host a PDF on your website is to upload it directly to your site. Most website builders allow you to upload PDF files from your computer into your website's file manager. You can then simply add a file block to any page using your builder's toolbar and choose your PDF file.
If you get a message about the file exceeding a size limit, make sure your file is under 30 MB and less than 1,000 pages by checking the file Properties or using Get Info. Once you've verified that the file is not too large, simply try uploading the same file again. If it still fails, try a different web browser.
Embed PDF in HTML Using the < embed > Tag. To embed external resources in a webpage, HTML provides an embed tag. Using the embed tag, we can include external resources such as PDFs, media players, and webpages. The tag has the src attribute, which allows us to specify the path to the file that will be embedded.
If you use a ready-made solution, such as a PDF Embed widget, there's no need for you to code. You'll simply choose a PDF which you wish to place on your web page, upload it to the widget, copy and paste two lines of code, and voila! - you'll see it there at the same moment.
