I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. The people are just awesome!! Very helpful and respond immediately. I would recommend this to friends and family as well.

The log in process is a little clunky. I have not been able to copy paste a field in the template creator. I have 30 fields or so that will each have the same sized field, I should be able to duplicate the specific field a number of times and paste. No?

Specifically, Rule 408 says only that settlement communications are “not admissible.” However, just because a settlement communication may be inadmissible does not mean that the opposing party can't discover it.
Settlement negotiations are not protected from discovery by a settlement-negotiation privilege. Although the Federal Circuit declined to create a settlement-negotiation privilege, it did not hold that settlement negotiations are presumptively discoverable.
and held that confidential settlement agreements are only discover- able if they are relevant or reasonably calculated to lead to discovery of admissible evidence. These courts have found witness impeach- meet and damage issues to be permissible relevant purposes.
The Fourth District Court of Appeals for Florida has ruled that a non-settling defendant cannot obtain a court order forcing disclosure of confidential settlements between the plaintiff and settling defendants. The settlement information is not admissible or likely to lead to the discovery of admissible information.
When a settlement agreement doesn't include a confidentiality clause, it can cause the plaintiffs of future lawsuits to have an unrealistic idea of the damages they may be awarded.
Section 1119(c) states that all communications, negotiations, or settlement discussions by and between participants in the course of a mediation shall remain confidential (emphasis added).
As to medications, confidentiality protections come from Evidence Code Sections 1115 -1128 and 703.5. Section 1119(c) states that all communications, negotiations, or settlement discussions by and between participants in the course of a mediation shall remain confidential (emphasis added).
Rule 408 is a rule of evidence that applies in court proceedings. It basically prevents a person from presenting evidence of communications related to offers to compromise claims in order to show liability, invalidity or amount of a disputed claim. The rule reflects two legal principles.
