It has a lot of features to available learn and the support is awesome! It's a little time consuming to learn on my own though but again if I can't find what I'm looking for on the videos or the help I email customer service and they respond within an hour or two and I'm back rolling.

I am happy with the selection of forms, but it could be easier to locate forms I need to complete. Also, your connection is pretty slow. I thought it was my internet the first couple of times, but the connectivity only takes eons when trying to access my docs on your site.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
What do the initials at the bottom of a letter mean? Initials included at the bottom of a business letter are called typist's initials. They include the initials of the letter's writer in all caps, followed by a slash mark or colon, and then the initials of the typist in lower case.
Type the initials of the letter writer in capital letters, followed by a slash or colon. Add the typist's initials in lowercase letters. For example, if the letter writer's name is Andrew Benson, and the typist's name is Carrie Dale, the typist line should appear as follows: AB/CD, or AB:cd.
The very last section of a business letter is dedicated to reference initials. These initials are always placed at the bottom of a letter, two lines below the signature block and aligned with the left margin.
The 'CC' notation usually includes names of people to whom you distribute copies, sometimes you could include their addresses as well. 'CC' is typed at the end of the letter after enclosure notations or identification initials. This notation appears on the office copy and the third-party copy only, not on the original.
Respectfully, Respectfully yours, Sincerely, Best wishes, All the best, Warm regards, Consider to whom you're writing. Consider the purpose of the letter.
If you need to note enclosures in a letter, leave a double space under your signature and salutation, then write Enclosure. To signify that your letter has more than 1 document enclosed, use the plural, Enclosures followed by a colon and the number of documents.
Place one line of space before the date. Place one line of space before the reference line. Including a reference line (ex. Re: or Subject:) indicates the purpose of the letter.
What do the initials at the bottom of a letter mean? They include the initials of the letter's writer in all caps, followed by a slash mark or colon, and then the initials of the typist in lower case.
Type the boss's name under the signature. Sign your name, if the boss is comfortable with the recipient knowing that you composed the letter on her behalf. On the line beneath your signature, write “for" and type your boss's name.
REFERENCE INITIALS Its easiest. If you are composing and typing the letter, omit reference initials. When using the typist's initials, use either upper or lower case (mid or MRD) and when using both the writer's and typist's initials (mid/jhv or MRD/JHV), follow the same format.
PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL : Type these words on the left-hand side just above the Recipient's Address in capital fonts as written above. This means that the letter should be opened and read only by the addressee. That means that this letter contains some important and confidential matter which others should not read.
When a letter is keyed by someone other than the author, the typist's initials are included at the bottom of the letter for reference purposes. Sometimes both the author's initials (in caps) and the typist's initials (in lowercase) are used. Place the reference initials a double space below the typed name.

What is the enclosure of a business letter? The enclosure notation goes near the bottom of the letter, three lines below your signature or one line below the typist's initials, in the case of a regular business letter. Out of the seven basic parts of a business letter, the enclosure notation is the last.
A copy notation is a type of end notation to a formal letter. It is a reminder that other people, besides the addressed recipient, have an interest in the letter. In the past, a person with an interest in formal communication via letters received copies of the written document in the form of carbon copies.
