For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Setting up a new Chromebook is much easier than setting up a PC. Chromebooks don't require major updates or antivirus software. You start simply by signing in with your Google Account (or creating that account, if you don't already have one).
Chromebooks can, if necessary, be set up to work without internet access. Configuring offline access is only recommended in situations where students are assigned to a single device. Offline access is not a realistic option in a shared device situation. Remember, Chromebooks are designed to run on the web.
Make sure your Chromebook is powered off before you begin. Place the laptop on a flat surface with the bottom side facing up. Remove the rubber feet from the bottom of the panel. The easiest way to do this is to use your fingernails to pick them out. Remove all the seven screws in the bottom panel.
At the bottom right, select the time. Select Settings . In the "Network" section, look for a "Mobile data” option. If you see this option, your Chromebook can connect to a mobile network.
Your Chromebook can run real apps without an internet connection. Chromebooks have a reputation of being an online-only machine. If you visit the Chrome store, you'll find a nice selection of games, text editing and writing tools, entertainment features and utilities that don't need an internet connection to run.
You need a Google Account to gain access to the cloud. Do you want to use your Chromebook without a Google Account? It is possible to log in to your Chromebook as a guest. As a guest user you have access to the Chrome-browser, but it is not possible to gain access to the cloud.
At the bottom right, select the time. Select Settings . In the "People" section, select Google Accounts. Select Add account. Enter the Google Account email address and password, then select Next. Follow the on-screen steps.

Chromebooks are pretty easy to use, especially if you're already familiar with the Chrome browser. Almost all the Chrome OS programs are extensions for the browser and all the preferences from your Google account will be transferred to your new notebook as soon as you log in.
In summary. Chromebooks have come a long way since they were introduced in 2011. They can be 2-in-1s, run almost any app on the planet with Chrome Remote Desktop, play Chrome OS games, and run Google and Android apps like Skype, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Assistant, WhatsApp, and many more.
Tap the time in the bottom corner of the screen. Tap the Settings gear in the top bar of the menu. Tap your Google account under the You and Google section. Tap Add account. Enter the email address for your second account. Tap Next.
