Ease of filling the forms. There is one change if you can make will be great... in date of birth column, once you click on it, you have to put the MM/DD/YYYY. If you can allow to override that and just put the year, that will be of help. In my case where my father was born in 1920 and his date of MM/DD is not known, I'm forced to fill it with incorrect information.

What do you like best?
I started using PDFfiller as an alternative to Adobe Acrobat, which is not available for Chromebook. I expected it to be something I could use to make small edits to PDFs and also to fill in non-fillable forms. It has proven to be way WAY more than that. I like that the program is incredibly versatile
What do you dislike?
I wish I could save files to by Google Drive into the folders that I want rather than having to move them from the PDFfiller folder.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
The Texas Vehicle Bill of Sale is a legal document to prove the legal sale and purchase of a motor vehicle in the state of Texas. This document may or may not require notarization depending upon the decision of the buyer and seller and/or requirement of the state.
Texas titles must be notarized. Only sign the title in the presence of a notary public.
The date of the sale. The sale price. The full name and address of both the buyer and the seller. A general description of the vehicle, including its make, model, and condition. The vehicle identification and license plate numbers of the car.
full name and address of the seller(s) and buyer(s) vehicle identification number (VIN) make, model/series, style, colour and year of the vehicle. cost of the vehicle. signature from both the buyer(s) and seller(s)
The seller's name and address. The buyer's name and address. A description of the item being sold, including serial numbers, identification numbers, make, model, size, color, design, any distinguishing marks, features or faults [source: Cooper].
Lastly, the bill of sale must be signed by both the buyer and the seller and, in order to make it official, it is a great idea to have these signatures notarized. While notarization isn't entirely necessary, it is helpful to have (just in case). Make sure you provide a copy of the bill of sale to each party.
If the sale takes place on a day when the county tax office is closed, and the license plate and/or sticker have been removed by the seller, a Vehicle Transfer Permit is required in order for you to legally drive the vehicle. It is only valid for a period of five calendar days.
Even though it is not a legal requirement in Texas, you have every reason to complete a bill of sale when selling your car. A bill of sale provides solid proof that a transfer was made, and therefore all liability now rests with the new owner. It also acts as a receipt for your own personal records.
Each state has different requirements for using a bill of sale to start the process of obtaining a title. For instance, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles says you must be a resident of the state or be stationed with the military in Texas to use your bill of sale to get a title.
