Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.

Signatures are great because they leave a paper trail which you can follow if that ever becomes necessary. Wet signatures are especially useful because they require both parties to physically meet in person. This forces the two parties to slow down and explain the documents to one another before signing.
Select My Signature from the toolbar on the left. Drag and drop it to the place on the document where you need to add your wet ink signature. On the pop-up window that opens next, choose the method you want to use for signing your document. You can type, draw or upload your signature.
A 'wet ink' signature is where the parties to the document write (sign) their names with their own hands upon a paper document by ink pen. If a traditional wet ink signature on a piece of paper is scanned in to an electronic device, the scanned version is an electronic signature.
Per the USCIS, you should adhere to the following guidelines when filling out your petition or application: You should attach the fee or fee waiver by paper clip or staple in the upper left corner of the completed form application or petition. Provide all requested documentation and evidence with the USCIS form.
You must review this guide carefully as you complete your Form I-765. Be sure to TYPE the form, do not complete it by hand. The only exception is your signature. Print the form single-sided only and do not staple together.

A: Yes, you may, but you do not need to. Even without 245(i), the fact that you are out of status does not prevent you from applying for adjustment of status. If you use 245(i), you have to pay a $1,000 penalty.
