Unclear as to whether or not I can save multiple versions of the fillable form for future editing, which I assume, but it's not intuitive, otherwise I would have rated 5.

What do you like best?
I like the accessibility of the application. I can access from anywhere by just using my browser.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the sizing is a bit tricky and I need to play around with the edits to make it work.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am able to take pdf documents, to which I have lost or never had the source file, and easily change them to what I need. Also, another great use is to fill-in forms in forms to which i only have hardcopy.

To return to the original question, then a terms and conditions contract does not need to be on paper and physically signed, but both parties must be aware of its existence in a demonstrable way, and not in dispute over the terms.
The answer is yes. It is important to be aware that when agreeing to a written contract, it does not need to be signed by both parties to be legally binding. This case highlights that even if a contract says it has to be signed to be binding, if it is unsigned it may still have a legally binding effect.
A voidable contract is a valid contract that is binding to only one party; the other party may choose to either reject or accept it. A court or tribunal may rule a contract voidable under various circumstances, including: A party was coercing or threatening the other party into signing the agreement.
Indeed, if the website, app or software is written properly, then failure to accept terms and conditions means that you will not be able to use that website, app or software.
Create terms and conditions It provides a legal basis for the site's relationship with its users and is considered a contract in a court of law. For this reason, it is important that website owners create terms and conditions that meet their individual requirements.
Yes, if they meet the elements that create a legally binding contract and how the terms are presented to the user for review and acceptance on the website. Terms of Service are the terms and conditions users consent to before using or purchasing goods or services on a website.
A legally binding signature makes an agreement official once all parties have placed their signatures on a contract. Signatures are the most common method of indicating that you have read over and agreed to the terms, even if a person's signature is so stylized and unique that's illegible.
In the legal sense signatures don't have to be legible, but they do have to be consistent. Well that sucks mine are neither legible nor consistent. A signature is supposed to be identifiable as yours and unique in some way. It doesn't need to be readable as long as you can recognize your own signature against a forgery.
Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPED) defines an electronic signature as a signature that consists of one or more letters, characters, numbers or other symbols in digital form incorporated in, attached to or associated with an electronic document.
A photo of your signature applied to a digital document is not legally binding as it doesn't have the required legal information such as an audit trail and signer's identity validation.
