Interactive images are a great way to capture and present audience feedback in one place. The images can be maps, charts, smile sheets anything you like. The audience clicks anywhere on the image, and a green pin plots their response. Below are examples of how you can use interactive images in your own presentations.
Go to the new worksheet (not workbook) and name it as Interactive Image Go to A1 Cell. Click Data Validation from Data Tools group under Data menu. Select List from the Allow drop down in Settings Category. Type Google,Facebook,MSN,Twitter in Source box. Click OK. Enter the below data from G1 through H4 Cells.
Click where the image should go in the Excel spreadsheet. Click the Insert tab, then the Illustrations group, and then click Pictures. A dialog box opens. Locate the desired image and highlight it. Click Insert."
On the Design tab, in the Header & Footer Elements group, click Picture. The Insert Pictures dialog window will pop up. You browse to the picture you want to add and click Insert. The text &[Picture] placeholder will appear in the header box.
