The Portable Document Format or PDF is a common file format for business purposes, thanks to its accessibility. You can open them on whatever device you have, and they will be readable similarly. It will look similar no matter you open it on a Mac or an Android device.

Data safety is another reason why do we rather use PDF files for storing and sharing personal information and documents. Using online solutions to store documents, it is possible to track a view history to find out who had access to it before.

pdfFiller is an online document management and editing tool that lets you create, edit, sign, and send your PDF directly from your web browser tab. Convert MS Word file or a Google spreadsheet and start editing its appearance and add some fillable fields to make it a singable document. Forward it to others by email, fax or via sharing link, and get a notification when someone opens and completes it.
