I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. Worked just as it promised when I looked the app up and read about it. It's a little pricey though as I can go to Adobe's online app for $9.99. Why the big difference?

How do I lock a PDF on a Mac?
In the Preview app on your Mac, open the PDF that you want to password-protect.
Choose File > Export, then select Encrypt. You can also enter a new name for the PDF if you want to create a pass worded copy and keep the original PDF unencrypted.
Type a password, then retype it to verify the password.
Click Save.
Is there a way to lock files on a Mac?
Folders can't be directly encrypted in macOS, but you can put them in password-protected containers. This has the effect of protecting your folders and the files they contain with a password. You can password-protect folders on macOS using the built-in Disk Utility application or a third-party tool called Encrypt.
How do I protect a PDF from being printed?
The “Permissions” setting controls restrictions that can be placed on the PDF file. To prevent printing of a PDF file, uncheck the “Allow the document to be printed” option. You must always enter a master password when security options are enabled or when a user password is set.
