the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

Method 1: Add Trusted Sites to the Security List. Method 2: Adjust Date & Time of Windows. Method 3: Temporary Fix. Method 4: Clear SSL State Cache. Method 5: Use SSL Unblocker. Method 6: Make sure Google Chrome and Windows are up to date.
The most common cause of a certificate not trusted error is that the certificate installation was not properly completed on the server (or servers) hosting the site. Use our SSL Certificate tester to check for this issue. In the tester, an incomplete installation shows one certificate file and a broken red chain.

Find a private Wi-Fi connection and see if the Android error is fixed. If you have installed an antivirus or security application on your Android phone, try temporarily disabling it and then start browsing again. Sometimes these apps can interfere with your browser in a way that causes the SSL connection to fail.
The certificate not trusted error indicates that the SSL certificate is not signed or approved by a company that the browser trusts. This occurs most often for one of the following reasons: The website is using a self-signed certificate.
Open Google Chrome. Click Alt F, Click Settings. Scroll down and Click Show advanced settings... Scroll down to the Network section and click Change proxy settings... Click Advanced tab. Scroll down to Security category to view which SSL/TLS protocols are enabled. Click OK.
Open Certificate MMC snap in for your computer. Click on Start Run MMC File Add/Remove Snap In Select Certificates Click Add Select My Computer. Click on Personal All Tasks Advanced Operations Create Custom request.
Open Internet Explorer. Click Request a Certificate. Click Advanced certificate request. Click Create and submit a request to this CA. In the Certificate Template list, click. ... Provide identifying information as required.
You cannot alter an existing certificate in any way. That will be missing the point of adding a cryptographically signing the certificate. If you want to add SAN, most CA's allow you to reissue a certificate with new details, though this will usually revoke your old certificate.
The Certificate Enrollment Wizard will open. ... Leave the default “No template” option for Custom request and click Next. On Certificate Information, expand Details then click the Properties button.
