I just closed escrow on two homes, and the PDF filler allowed me electronically edit/sign/date all the forms necessary to sale and buy our properties. It saved a tremendous amount of time and paper because I saved the forms to my desktop and then returned the completed forms electronically.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
What Can Be Trademarked? A phrase, word, symbol, device, or even a color are all eligible for a trademark. Anything that distinguishes the goods of your party or company from another qualifies. However, the item must be used in a commercial setting to obtain protection from the law.
If your idea is similar to something that has already been trademarked, you won't be able to register for a trademark. In order to file for a trademark, the USPTO requires that individuals or companies submit a physical drawing of the mark. This is because trademarks are unique symbols, words, or designs.
Generic Product Names Under the law, such a name receives no protection whatsoever and is ineligible for federal trademark registration under any circumstances. The downside to choosing a generic name for your product is that you cannot stop your competitors from using the exact same name for their products.
To register a trademark, go to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Website, www.uspto.gov. Make sure someone else hasn't already registered the mark your category by checking the Trademark Electronic Search System database.
You can sell products or offer services in the United States without having a registered trademark. There are several reasons why registering your trademark is a good idea.
At the most basic level, a trademark protects logos and slogans while a copyright protects creative intellectual design. However, the copyright doesn't protect short phrases often found in a logo; that is protected by the trademark. This naturally begs the question of why a company might need both in a logo design.
You can register a trademark for a symbol online using the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) or other online trademark service. If your symbol consists of a combination of existing characters (such as %&!), you may be able to register it in standard character format.
The fee range is $225 to $300. Your fee is determined by your services. Each mark that you register requires a new fee. For example, you would pay a fee to register a physical mark and an online mark.
If you have ever asked yourself how much does it cost to trademark a phrase, according to the current fee schedule on the USPTO, trademark registration fees cost $275 per mark per class. If you need an attorney's assistance, the cost averages around $1,000 to $2,000.
Service marks and trademarks are considered intellectual property. This generally refers to assets that do not have physical form. Examples are ideas, images, songs and sounds. Service mark registration protects both your business and the public.
When a service mark is federally registered, the standard registration symbol ® or“"Reg U.S. Pat & TM Off" may be used (the same symbol is used to mark registered trademarks). Before it is registered, it is common practice (with some legal standing) to use the service mark symbol (a superscript SM).

Service mark symbol. The service mark symbol (), the letters SM in superscript style, is a symbol used in the United States and some other jurisdictions to provide notice that the preceding mark is a service mark. This symbol may be used for service marks not yet registered with the relevant national authority.
You can not register a trademark for free. However, you can establish something known as a “common law trademark" for free, simply by opening for business. The benefit of relying on common law trademark rights is that it's free, and you don't need to do any specific work filling out forms, etc.
