What do you like best?
The program is very quick and easy to use. Uploads your documents very fast. You can type or alternate any pdf or word file. It saves it in no time. You can go back and look at any file you have uploaded. Everything is saved. I also love the fact I can use it on my phone as well through the app. It is extremely convenient. I can fill out new vendors forms very quick which saves me time.
What do you dislike?
I haven't come up with any problems for as long as I have used it...over 2 years now.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It saves me a lot of time. It is a very convenient and fast way to fill out forms or alternate them. Adding a signature on any form is so easy to do through pdffiller. I don't have to print the form, chase my husband to sign, scan it and then email it. Imagine just uploading your form, adding the signature which is already saved and you're DONE :D

Customer Service Is Great I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

To create a compressed folder, open My Computer and locate the folder where you want to create the compressed folder (also known as an archive). Open that folder, then select File, New, Compressed (zipped) folder. Type a name for the compressed folder and press enter.
Reduce the number of worksheets If you have worksheets with data that you're not using—and that don't contain any formulas you're using—delete them from the spreadsheet. The more data points you have in your workbook, the larger your file size will be. Removing unused data will reduce your file size.
Keep the Source Data and Delete Pivot Cache Select any cell in the Pivot Table. Click the Analyze tab. Click on Pivot Table 'Options' icon. In the Pivot Table Options dialog box, click on Data tab. In the Pivot Table Data options, uncheck 'Save source data with file'.
Ways to Reduce Excel File Size Remove unnecessary worksheets, data, and formulas. The number of worksheets and the amount of data contained in an Excel file are directly related to the size of the file. Remove formatting. Remove Pivot Cache. Save in binary format (. Compress the file.
This is what makes the file so large: Excel is picking up a lot of empty cells and thinks there's data in them, which then it tries to save into the XLSX file on disk, and because it needs to keep references to all those hundreds or thousands of cells, the file size gets overblown.
Method 9# How To Reduce Excel File Size Without Opening In order to compact your Excel file, you have to find your excel file using Windows Explorer and then right-click on the file. Choose Properties from the context menu and then select the Advanced Button. At last, choose the “compress contents to save disk space…”
