Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

How to Use the Multiple Sign Feature in pdfFiller

The Multiple Sign feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add multiple signatures to a document. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to add multiple signatures to in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Signature' button in the toolbar.

Select the 'Multiple Sign' option from the drop-down menu.

A pop-up window will appear, showing all the available signature fields in the document.

Click on the first signature field where you want to add a signature.

A signature box will appear. You can either draw your signature using your mouse or touchpad, or you can upload an image of your signature.

Once you have added the signature, click on the 'Save' button.

Repeat steps 5 to 7 for each additional signature field in the document.

After adding all the signatures, click on the 'Done' button to save the changes to the document.
