I am just learning to use but find it relatively easy to load, fill, save and print. I even figured out how to rotate forms outside the system and make it work. Cool.

I only had this program because I forgot to cancel after the initial trial period. However, I have used it many times and find that it is easy to use and does what i need it to do. The only issue i have had is when I need to work with documents more than 150 pages and PD filler cannot accommodate that. otherwise, I think it is great!

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Can a document be notarized electronically?
Documents notarized on the Notarize platform are electronically signed by the signer(s) and our notary. Just about every document which needs to be notarized in the paper world can be electronically notarized online on the Notarize platform.
Can something be notarized online?
You can notarize something physically or online. In the past, to notarize something, you had to sign it physically in the presence of a notary public. You can now notarize your documents entirely online by connecting with a commissioned notary public by live video.
How do I become an electronic notary?
Take the (standard) notary course and pass the exam with a minimum required score.
Apply to the Secretary of State and be sworn in as a notary public.
Buy your equipment (seal and log book) if you plan to do paper notarization (and you might as well, at this point!)
How much does an online notary make?
Notaries will also pay $40-$50 per month to the platform ($480 if paid annually or $50/month, if paid monthly).
How do I notarize remotely?
Upload a Document. From minor consent to travel forms to powers of attorney, upload the document you need notarized.
Verify Your Identity. We'll use your license and answers to knowledge-based authentication questions to verify your identity.
Connect with a Notary.
What states allow online remote notarization?
The states that have implemented Remote Online Notarization (RON) statutes include Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota1, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
Can you notarize an emailed document?
Can I Email Documents To Be Notarized Elsewhere? No, not unless the signer is personally appearing before the Notary at the other branch at the time of the notarization to be identified by the Notary in that branch and to sign the documents.
Can you send a copy of a notarized document?
In most cases, the notary can only notarize a document if it's signed in their presence as well. Once you have the document notarized, faxing isn't usually an option. Make a copy if you want one for your own records, but mail the original through one-day USPS services.
How do you write a notarized letter?
Your full names and address.
Dates of signing the letter.
A section for the notary to sign the letter.
Details of the letter.
Title/subject of the letter.
Can I make a copy of a notarized document?
Many states allow notaries to make certified copies of documents as long as the original document is not a publicly recorded document. Documents that clients may ask to have certified by a notary include contracts, letters, settlement statements, agreements, and bills of sale.
Is a certified copy the same as a notarized copy?
A certified copy is a copy (often a photocopy) of a primary document that has on it an endorsement or certificate that it is a true copy of the primary document. A notarized copy is signed by a notary public (not to be confused with a notary in a civil law country).
Where to get a certified copy of a document?
Applying for the certified copy Visit the sub-registrar's office where the property was registered. It also helps to have supporting documents that show ownership, such as utility bills. Apply for a copy and pay the charges, which vary across states.
