I've tried other programs to convert pdf files and it didn't work. At least you were able to convert from pdf to a document I needed to type and enter information on before submission. This web site is quick and easy to use and their support is amazing. I have used the live chat when I was in the middle of a project and gotten an answer in minutes. It takes a lot of the stress out of the process.I saw a review on another site warning people not to supply a credit card. The fact that this person found their template on a site that did not warn them it was a paid service is not the fault of PFDfiller. When you got to their web site, they immediately let you know that you can sign up and get a free trial period, then ask for your payment information, which is SOP for online services as far as I know and gives you the option not to use the service if you don't want to do so.

PDFFiller saved my books!
PDFFiller saved my books! As a young author, I had no idea what I was doing and deleted my original documents once the books were published. I only kept the print-ready PDFs. Years later, I realized there were a lot of spelling mistakes and errors in them, and wanted to re-publish. Since the books had photos, I couldn't simply convert to a doc. Most PDF tools online didn't work, or put on watermarks. PDFFiller allowed me to edit the text in the PDFs, to correct the spelling mistakes, and merge the documents into one cohesive PDF again. I was able to republish an edited book without the original documents, thanks to PDFFiller.
The one thing I missed that could make this a fantastic tool- the original book was 8.5x11. I wanted to republish at 6x9. I ended up having to resize it through a different tool, which simply shrunk everything instead of being able to directly resize the content. Due to that, the book appears much smaller on the pages than it should, and I've received some complaints that it's harder to read. If PDFFiller had a viable PDF resize tool that worked to resize the content versus simply shrinking the document, it would be a stellar addition to the repertoire.

I like the flexibility of this program
I like the flexibility of this program.
But there is a glitch when trying to edit some of the text lines. The original text area shrinks so small you cannot see it, I figured out that using the "T" text increase option helps fix the issue, it took me a bit to figure it out.

Excellent company excellent service
Although when testing the service it did not meet my requirements a month later an annual Bill showed up on one of my payment accounts. This just happened minutes ago and I was up working on a project so I immediately responded. Surprisingly somebody answered the phone at the company. I was able to refer them to my account they could see where I had stopped the service immediately upon testing it because it didn't fit all of my requirements this all happened last month however as a young lady told me the cancellation process takes several steps and somewhere during that process the cancellation was not 100% completed. However she sees where I never utilized the service I did cancel it she immediately moved into action return the payment that was incorrectly processed and was super helpful and super friendly. The Reps name was Sally I am super impressed with not only her but PDF filler because of the fact that they honored my displeasure and something like I said through the process fell through the cracks however I was able to contact them they were able to easily see what was happening with my account and rectify my complaint. I want to vote the company a plus plus because nowadays service is not even a thing anymore it seems rarely can you find a company that stands behind their product and they do so by providing support Saturday morning at 5:00 a.m. LOL so yeah I was super pleased with the service although they did not provide what I was looking for the company still will always be on my good list in terms of consideration in case in the future they do provide the needs that I have. A+ Plus
