Wow! Finally a real online PDF editor, no more troubles on changing text and much more! Just found it randomly, and since the beginning it shows me lots of features to edit pdf like texts, images, signs, highlights and more. The graphic looks a bit oldie, but this is not a problem at all. Functionality first! 30 days trial, then you've to pay.

Most FOIA requests take at least 20 business days for a response, and agencies will often ask for an extension.
47 Art. 6 § 87(b) specifically requires that an agency provide a response to a public records request within 5 business days of receipt of that request. By failing to respond to this request within the legally-mandated timeframe, this agency is in violation of the law.
Technically, government organizations must respond to a FOIA request with a denial or grant of access within 20 business days. Note that the agency must only respond within 20 days. It does not have to deliver the records within the 20-day time period.
Submit a request online through Ask EDD. Mail a request to: EDD Legal Office, 800 Capitol Mall, MIC 53, Sacramento, CA 95814-4703. Make a request at any EDD public office.
Although public records are often documents, they can also be such things as maps, recordings, films, photographs, tapes, software, letters and books. Court cases are a common example of a public record.
Begin by drafting a public records request. Contact the public body from which you seek records. Find the FOR liaison. Review your request and submit your request following the FOR liaison's instructions. Stay in communication with the FOR liaison.
Begin by drafting a public records request. You can do this in two ways: one, write a professional letter stating that you are seeking public records and then list the records you seek. Two, use a FOR letter generator like the Student Press Law Center form.
To find the federal agency that you need to send your request to, go to the FOIA.gov website. The FOIA applies to federal agencies, but not to courts or Congress. Your request must be sent directly to the agency with the documents or information you need.
