Great online pdf editor. Should have more features in personal level, a bit annoying to not be able to perform basic functions such as erasing sections of a document or deleting pages in a commercial, paid product. That is my only complaint though. Great software otherwise.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs
Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Contact the Automated Clearing House (ACH) department of the bank/financial institution where the direct deposit was received and have them return the refund to the IRS. Call the IRS toll-free at 800-829-1040 (individual) or 800-829-4933 (business) to explain why the direct deposit is being returned.
Generally, if the financial institution recovers the funds and returns them to the IRS, the IRS will send a paper refund check to your last known address on file with the IRS. If funds aren't available or the bank refuses to return the funds, the IRS cannot compel the bank to do so.
If it's rejected because the account information doesn't match the name on the check, it'll bounce back to the IRS. Once the payment is returned, a paper check will be issued in its place. If the deposit is accepted, your refund will be deposited into whatever account is listed on your return.
Refund is due to be deposited into a closed account. What will happen is the bank will reject the deposit and the IRS will send you a paper check to the address on your tax return. You could try to contact the IRS and state taxing authorities to see if they can stop it, but that likely won't help.
If you lost your IRS refund check (or failed to cash it in before the 1-year expiration date), call the IRS at 1-800-829-1954 to initiate a refund trace. The Bureau of Fiscal Service may need to review your claim before they can re-issue your IRS refund check, which can take up to 6 weeks to complete.
Sometimes, the IRS does find mistakes in your calculations or entries and it will send you a bigger refund than you were expecting. However, if you don't receive an explanation and you know you were over-refunded then don't spend the money because chances are the IRS will discover its mistake sooner or later.
Normally, a change to your refund indicates you made a mistake on your return. If you are owed a refund and the IRS catches a mistake, the IRS will change your refund to reflect the correction. Once the change is made, you will be notified by the IRS.
The IRS makes mistakes. We've seen Form 1099-Misc or wage income counted twice, and other mistakes that drastically affect the amount of tax owed. If you can't figure out how the IRS arrived at a different tax amount, and it's more than a few dollars, seek help from a tax professional.
