Click the Options button at the bottom of the save dialog window that appears. At the bottom of the options window, enable to Encrypt the document with a password option and click OK. Enter the password you want to encrypt the PDF file with and then click OK.
Open PowerPoint presentation and click Print. Select Universal Document Converter from the list of printers and click Properties. Go to File Format and select PDF Document. Select Password protected in PDF Standard like shown on the screenshot below.
Open the PDF and choose Tools > Protect > Encrypt > Encrypt with Password.
