A wonderful tool for small business Filling and sending forms is extremely easy, other people can sign into the account and use it. It makes filling out forms a breeze, no more handwriting. It's very simple to use, allows good organization and many ways of printing or sending the completed form. The E-Signature is a bit funny but that's my only complaint.

Believe it or not, electronic signatures are safer and more secure than traditional paper documents. Not only do they contain a signature, but they also contain traceable information on who signed the document, when they signed it, and where they signed it.
The only difference is that an electronic signature is digitized, but it is also used to verify a document. On the other hand, it can be observed that a digital signature comprises unique features such as fingerprint that are used to secure a particular document.
Open your PDF document. Right-click in the PDF document where you want to add the Digital signature. Select Sign Document from the right-click menu. Select Digital Signature.
Place the cursor in your Word document where you want to insert a signature. Click the Insert tab. Select Signature Line. A menu will appear. Fill out the required fields. Select OK.
The first steps are to determine your required compliance level and then download and review the appropriate Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) found on the PCI SSC Website. There are different Says for each merchant level and also different related DSS Attestation of Compliance forms for each level as well.

Step 1: Determine Your Compliance Level Step 2: Follow the Self-Assessment Questionnaire. Step 3: Complete Your Attestation of Compliance. Step 4: Enlist an ASV for External Vulnerability Scans. Step 5: Submit the Documents to Your Acquirer Bank & Card Brands.
Yes, you do need a PCI-compliant host. The compliance applies not only on the service provider (payment gateway), but also to your hosting environment. Nevertheless, hosting your solution at a PCI-compliant service provider is a smart decision.
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) applies to companies of any size that accept credit card payments. If your company intends to accept card payment, and store, process and transmit cardholder data, you need to host your data securely with a PCI-compliant hosting provider.
In general, PCI compliance is required by credit card companies to make online transactions secure and protect them against identity theft. Any merchant that wants to process, store or transmit credit card data is required to be PCI-compliant, according to the PCI Compliance Security Standard Council.
